We want your collar to fit properly...please read the Sizing instructions...we measure using neck circumference not flat measurement...its your responsibility to measure correctly so it fits correctly :)
No Exchanges-each collar is made to order.
Care Instructions: Each collar is sprayed with a clear coat to ensure durability. Please hand wash occasionally using dish soap to keep colours fresh
Warranty Policy- We will replace/repair any collar that has defects in the components ie cable, rings, buckle, webbing for 1 year of purchase.
